The day din start off very well for mi at work in the morning...but when I went for my business law class..I juz suddenly felt so awake, energetic and happi..haha..I guess today's lesson was made damn interesting by my lecturer..he's so cute n humourous I must sae..reali enjoyed his lesson today! Wad was actually a boring topic today..he made it interesting..like story telling! =D Never enjoyed a lesson so much before..

He was telling us that there was this case whereby a Singaporean went to Australia and gambled in the casino..losing lots of money..amounting to 1.3 million..the guy immediately took the earliest flight back to Singapore..Y? Cuz Singapore is not governed by the gambling act then..as Singapore doesn't support gambling, so this guy came back to Singapore as he will be relatively safe here as the Austrailian casino authorities wun be able to sue him as he is protected by Singapore's law..then the judge created his law and allowed the Australia casino to have their own bounty hunters who are authorised to come Singapore to catch people who try to hide in Singapore and bring them back to Australia for su-ing..so this guy bobian..in the end still got sued..interesting case..

Another case was beside this factory, there is a cave wif a hole..Under the safety regulation act, highly explosive materials are not allowed within the premises. So wad happened in this case was that this factory owner had highly explosive materials in his factory, which is of course not allowed under the law..So he hid the materials in the hole in the hill by linking the hole and his factory. Authorities came and found the materials in the hill. In the end the owner got fined because the judge defined the hill to be "premises" too..haha..then the lecturer said after one year..the owner advertised in the newspaper "selling the factory which comes along with the hill" as he was damn angry..lol..I thot this was funni..=D

During my lecture..one of my audi hao peng you smsed mi to ask how I am =] <3 tx so much for your concern..reali brightened my day even more =X Makes mi happier..^^ Then came home and played audi wif another hao peng you..though for a short while..but I was happi =D Duno y I juz suddenly cheered up a little...guess I am glad that I found them..<3 my audi meis too..tx for ur msn msges =]
